Practical Engineering. Real Manufacturing Experience.

Stuart Boyle is a Senior Design Engineer with more than two decades of experience developing engineered products across industrial, commercial and public sectors.

Combining industrial design thinking with strong technical and manufacturing expertise, Stuart works across the full product development process - from early concepts and CAD through to prototyping, tooling and production support.

Over his career, he has contributed to award-winning child safety systems, public recreation infrastructure, outdoor sporting products, industrial equipment and large-scale manufacturing programs. His work has formed part of projects recognised through the Australian Good Design Awards and as finalists in the 2025 Victorian Premier’s Design Awards. His experience includes managing tooling and supplier relationships globally and leading multidisciplinary design projects delivering products sold internationally.

Today, Stuart works independently with businesses, manufacturers and industry partners seeking practical product development support backed by genuine hands-on experience.
